Service description
Generate QR Itself is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or withdraw the service at any time without notice.
Permitted use
You may create QR codes for personal or business use, share the generated assets, and integrate them into your own projects. You must respect applicable laws and third-party rights when distributing the resulting codes.
Prohibited use
You must not attempt to overload the service, bypass security controls, reverse engineer the platform, or automate scraping beyond the documented rate limits. It is forbidden to use the tool for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes, or to infringe intellectual property rights.
Liability
The service is offered without guarantees and we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from its use. You are solely responsible for the content embedded in the QR codes and for verifying their functioning.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be handled by the court of Milan, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
